A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Representative for their Tuas Checkpoint location. The ideal candidate will manage walk-in and call-in inquiries, perform data entry, and ensure customer satisfaction while being comfortable working in a fast-paced environment involving animals. Candidates must have a GCE 'O' Level and relevant experience in customer service.
Location:Tuas Checkpoint
Working Hours:Mondays to Saturdays 0400am to 1200pm
Candidate with own transportation is advantageous
Job Duties
Handle walk-in and call-in inquiries / feedback
Data entry and compilation of monthly statistics basic report writing
Collection and collation of information related to poultry imports
Updating of inspection records and import statistics
Responding to customer feedback basic administrative duties like checking import documents monitor home quarantined animals virtually and to contact their owners via phone and video calls
Crowd control management due peak hours
Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements
Min. GCE“O” Level with 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Service in any industry
Prior relevant experience in pace-pace environment and managing of high volume of enquiries
Comfortable around animals such as dogs, cats and chickens
Comfortable in wearing PPEs (such as N95 masks and gloves)
