A leading property management firm in Singapore seeks a Customer Service Officer to deliver excellent service to customers. Responsibilities include assisting with mall promotions, addressing customer inquiries, and supporting management. Qualifications

  • Prior Customer Service Officer experience in retail mall preferred.
  • Able to work 6 days work week and shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Assist in execution of shopping mall’s promotion programs.
  • Handle all customers’ enquiries and assist as needed.
  • Ensure proper redemption process during campaign periods.
  • Provide administrative support to the Management Office.

  • Provide administrative support to the Management Office whenever necessary
