A leading enrichment centre operator seeks a Customer Service Officer to manage inquiries, promote courses, and handle operations across multiple locations. # Salary up to S$3500/month
# 4 Weekdays and 1 Weekend (*Weekdays – 12.30pm to 9.30pm, Weekends – 8.30am to 6.30pm)
Our client, is an enrichment centre operator which is currently seeking a candidate to join them as aCustomer Service Officer.
Job Responsibilities:
Explain the courses and pedagogy to customers
Promote programmes to potential and existing customers, and build relationships with them
Handle lesson appointments for students, parents and teachers
Answer phone and email queries
Perform and manage sales transaction effectively and promptly
Handle the centre’s inventory and simple logistics
Perform other administrative duties such as filing of documents
Job Requirements:
Min. Diploma in any discipline
Min. 2 years of relevant experience in enrichment/tuition-related industry
Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office
Open to being deployed to different centres
