Job Description

As a Customer Service Officer at ComfortDelGro Driving Centre (CDC), you will be CDC's first point of contact for learners/customers as they embark on their learning journey as well as to provide backend customer care support for CDC.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Processing enrolment for learners

  • Conducting course enrolment briefings for new learners

  • Administering eyesight tests for new learners

  • Manage queries from general public/learners through in-coming calls, emails or walk-ins

  • Fostering awareness of school licensing and non-licensing courses

  • Assisting with lesson/test booking requests

  • Handling payment for various services

  • Promoting Theory Handbook sales (Basic & Final Theory)

  • Resources Planning/Assignment (Manpower & Training cars)

  • Ad-hoc cancellation/booking of practical sessions

  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum Education Qualification: Nitec, preferrably in the Business & Services field

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Possess positive attitude to navigate challenging situations & scenarios

  • Patient and customer-service oriented

  • Preferably bilingual to communicate with diverse group of learners

Work Schedule:

  • 5.5 day work week

  • Monday to Friday: 10am to 7pm

  • Saturday: 10am to 2pm

  • Sunday: Rest
