A prominent logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Officer/Customer Service Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, handling shipment documentation, and communicating effectively.   • Liaise with customers & forwarders for shipment schedules.

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Answers customers’ questions, resolves problems, and maintains customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources
  • Liaise with Customers & forwarders for shipment readiness and delivery schedules
  • To prepare and handling of documents
  • Assist & update customers with their shipment schedules
  • Do not incur any unnecessary cost imposed by PSA / Depot / Carrier etc.
  • Any ad hoc duties as and when assigned.

Requirements:

  • With experiences. Min 1year similar experience as Logistics Officer/Customer Service Officer.
  • A team player, good communication skill, honest & with the RIGHT work attitude
  • Good Communication skills
  • Possess a positive drive & eager to learn and adapt.
