Responsibilities
  • Engage and establish good relationships with prospects from an assigned pool of leads.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and service while speaking to prospects or clients.
  • Manage appointment cancellations and reschedule new appointments with prospects promptly.
  • Conduct regular calls with the prospect or client to book appointments for him/her.
  • Call prospect or client to remind them of their appointment.
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
