Responsibilities
- Engage and establish good relationships with prospects from an assigned pool of leads.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and service while speaking to prospects or clients.
- Manage appointment cancellations and reschedule new appointments with prospects promptly.
- Conduct regular calls with the prospect or client to book appointments for him/her.
- Call prospect or client to remind them of their appointment.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
