A leading outlet in Singapore seeks a dedicated customer service representative to manage appointment bookings and assist walk-in customers. Responsibilities include handling inquiries through various channels, maintaining the POS system, and assisting in administrative tasks. Successful candidates should have strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Working hours:
Monday-Friday 11am to 8pm/ Weekend and Public Holiday 10am-7pm
2 days off per week (1weekday ,1 weekend)
Job Description
• Handle all new and/or existing customers appointment booking.
• Attend to walk-in customers at the outlet.
• Assist all customers enquires via emails and callings, including cold calling.
• Assist outlet manager on individual's commission calculation including data entry work.
• Manage outlet POS System for all transaction.
• Handle of monetary receipts and payment.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
