Job Description:
- Handling incoming calls/faxes/e-mails or serve walk-in customers on enquiries or confirmed orders
- Handling of product samples
- Liaises with customers and negotiates on prices
- Prepares necessary paperwork, such as quotations and delivery orders
- Follow-up on outstanding enquiries, back orders and customers' payments
- Issue credit notes to customers if necessary
- Other ad-hoc admin responsibilities assigned by manager
