This position offers a contract for 1 year with a salary of up to $2800 plus bonuses, working hours Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays.

Location: Toa Payoh

Duration: 1 year contract

Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm / 9am – 6pm, and

Alternate Sat: 8.30am – 12.30pm / 9am – 1pm

Salary: Up to $2800 and 3 months of enhanced bonus

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to general utilities and account-related enquiries via SP Services customer channels in a professional and timely manner
• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions, comments and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
