ROLE OBJECTIVE:
To engage potential customers and inform them of existing programmes and promotions, build and manage relations with customers; and assist the Centre Manager in running the centre.
WHO WE ARE:
We are AGrader Learning Centre, a tuition and enrichment chain with 20 outlets island wide.
We are seeking someone who is independent, passionate, and takes ownership of tasks assigned to join us as a Customer Service Officer in our outlet to build and maintain relations with customers while ensuring the smooth operations of the centre.
