️ 5.5 day work week (Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm, Saturday 9am-1pm)

Role Descriptions
Facilitates efficient and accurate processing of orders from beginning to end, via phone, internet, email
Reply to emails correspondences independently.
Ensure sufficient stock available for delivery
Liaise with customers on stock availability and delivery schedules
Manage complaints and claims from inbound calls or via email.
Perform other related duties/tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good Interpersonal and Customer Service Skills
Proficiency in computer skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
Self-motivated and strong initiative, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Team player; ability to work well with employees at all levels. A hands-on person that is proactive, driven and resourceful.
Possess a positive mindset with a “CAN-DO” attitude
