Job summary
A logistics firm in Singapore is seeking an individual to manage import/export documentation and provide customer support for shipments. Responsibilities include liaising with agents and maintaining good relationships with shipping companies. Candidates should have a GCE N or O level and preferably experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE N or O level is required.
- Should have a positive attitude and be a team player.
- Experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding is preferred.
Responsibilities
- In charge of import/export documentation and processes.
- Provide customer support for shipments and advise on regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.

- In Charge of Import/Export Documentation & Processes
- Shipping documentation (Import/ LC/ documentation/ Bill of Lading )
- Provide customer support for shipments and advise various country customary rules and regulations; provide after-sales support and following up with client till the whole transaction is completed.
- Handling customer enquires or complaints
- Send all necessary information and documentation to clients / agents / sea companies / forwarders / warehouse accurately and on a timely basis
- Liaise and maintain good relations with agents and shipping companies.
- Knowledge in LCL Cargo Consolidation.
- Other ad-hoc duties if required
Requirements
- Minimum GCE N or O level
- Responsible, positive attitude, be able to work independently and as a team player
- Preferably with Logistics/ Shipping / Freight Forwarding Experience
