As part of our expansion plans, we're seeking a passionate Customer Service Officer to join our growing team!

In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our sales team by:

  • Backend Support: Providing exceptional backend support
  • Customer Relationship Management: Handling customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and electronic communications
  • Order Processing: Processing customer orders efficiently
  • Order Notification: Expediting orders and keeping customers updated on shipments
  • Order Management: Managing open orders and ensuring they meet customer requirements
  • Customer Assistance: Advising customers on upcoming schedules, shipments, and discrepancies
  • Follow-up: Following up on critical orders to guarantee on-time delivery
  • Samples: Handling sample requests
  • Logistics: coordinating with customer and logistic department for shipping
  • Administration: Maintaining general filing systems
  • Feedback: Contributing to scorecard management (as required)

We're looking for someone who:

  • Experience: Has 1-4 years of experience in customer service
  • (Entry-Level candidates are welcome!)
  • Industry Experience: Ideally has experience in the electronics industry. Others industry with positive attitude are welcome.
  • Skills: Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to communicate effectively in English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese suppliers
  • Proficiencies: Is proficient in using PCs and Microsoft Office applications
  • Growth Mindset: Is eager to learn and grow with the support of a team and dedicated supervisor
  • Ambition: Is passionate about career advancement
