A leading shipping company is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage operations in the shipping and logistics industry. The role includes call handling, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring documentation accuracy. A successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and possess strong organisational and communication skills.
-Managing call handling, delivery coordination & equipment controller
-Order processing process in import, export & transhipment cargo
-Liaise and coordinate with customers/carriers to ensure accuracy in documentation and smooth movement of shipment
-Prepare trucking instruction letter to haulier
-Declare dangerous goods form for shipper and ensure compliance with requirement
-Undertake other tasks assigned by immediate superior
-Minimum 2 years of working experience in shipping and logistics industry
-Monitor equipment/shipment movement from one port to another port
-Check and verify shipping details on documents
-Filling of all relevant paperwork and documents requirement
-Has good organisational and communication skill, reliable, resourceful and initiative
