A leading English enrichment centre in Singapore seeks a Customer Service Executive. You'll provide exceptional service to clients, assist with administrative tasks, and support smooth centre operations. Required qualifications include Min GCE 'N' Levels and strong interpersonal skills. Salary ranges from $2,800 to $3,000. This full-time role involves a 5-day work week with weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:
Deliver professional customer service to hotline calls and front desk walk-ins.
Be the first point of touch with customers.
Handle and resolving customers enquires, feedbacks and complaints.
Assist with class scheduling, enrolments, and course-related administrative support.
Maintain accurate student records and update databases regularly.
Handle payment collection, issue receipts, and manage basic finance-related tasks.
Support teachers and centre operations to ensure a smooth learning environment.
Requirements:
Min GCE 'N' Levels
Candidates with experience in retail/hotel/tourism industry encouraged to apply.
Good interpersonal skills with ability to liaise with parents/teachers.
Good communication skills and customer service orientated attitude.
Salary: $2,800 - $3,000
Working location: East
Working hours: 5 days work week (3 weekdays + 2 weekend)
