Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Order Processing

    • Handle a high volume of incoming Sales and Purchase Orders efficiently and accurately.

    • Ensure orders are entered and processed in accordance with company policies and timelines.

  • Customer Support

    • Understand and analyse customer needs to provide tailored support and solutions.

    • Offer accurate and appropriate advice on order status, products, and delivery details.

    • Manage and resolve customer complaints empathetically and professionally, ensuring follow-up to achieve satisfactory outcomes.

  • Record Keeping

    • Maintain clear, accurate, and organised records of customer interactions and transactions.

    • Ensure all call logs and email correspondences are properly documented in accordance with company guidelines.

  • Communication and Coordination

    • Handle all customer communication in line with internal standards, policies, and procedures.

    • Collaborate effectively with logistics partners to monitor and manage inbound and outbound shipments.

    • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery.

  • Logistics Support

    • Liaise closely with logistic companies to track shipments and resolve any related issues promptly.

    • Provide timely updates on delivery schedules and shipment status to customers and internal stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role providing customer service

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and interpreting relevant data.

- Ability to adapt communication style to suit different customer interactions.

- Strong multitasking and task prioritisation abilities.
