Job description

  • Position : Customer Service Officer cum Admin (Maid Agency) - Up to $3,500 - Kembangan

  • Location : Kembangan

  • Working hours : 5.25 Work Week - Monday to Friday: 10.00AM to 6.00PM, Alternate Saturday: 10.00AM to 2.00PM

  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,500 + 14 Days Annual Leave + AWS + WFH Flexibility from 2nd year of employment onwards

  • Duration : Perm

  • Industry : Maid Agency

Responsibilities:

  • Sales work for agency

  • Answering Customer Inquiries

  • Addressing questions and concerns through phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions

  • Investigating and resolving customer issues promptly and effectively.

  • Offering accurate and helpful information about products, services, and company policies.

  • Addressing customer grievances and concerns professionally.

  • Processing orders, returns, and refunds.

  • Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

  • Escalating Issues: Identifying and escalating complex or sensitive issues to appropriate personnel.

  • Keeping up-to-date on company products, services, and policies.

  • Gathering customer feedback to improve service quality.

Requirements:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay to liaise with Melayu speaking associates

  • Must be willing to take CEI FDW course and exam

  • No experience required, training will be provided
