Responsibilities
- Sales work for agency
- Answering customer inquiries
- Addressing questions and concerns through phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions
- Investigating and resolving customer issues promptly and effectively
- Offering accurate and helpful information about products, services, and company policies
- Addressing customer grievances and concerns professionally
- Processing orders, returns, and refunds
- Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers
- Escalating issues: identifying and escalating complex or sensitive issues to appropriate personnel
- Keeping up-to-date on company products, services, and policies
- Gathering customer feedback to improve service quality
Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay to liaise with Melayu-speaking associates
- Must be willing to take CEI FDW course and exam
- No experience required; training will be provided
