Our client, a listed company specializing in electronic components, is looking for a Temporary Customer Service Officer (3-month contract, convertible) to support their backend operations.

【 Responsibilities 】
- Process Sales Orders in SAP.
- Enter Purchase Orders (POs) into SAP.
- Input Goods Receipt into SAP.
- Coordinate with the factory on the status of goods and shipments.
- Liaise with customers and arrange shipments accordingly.
- Input data for cargo insurance and other necessary documentation.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.

【 What You Will Receive 】
- Transportation Allowance: $85
- Annual Leave: Prorated based on contract duration
- Medical Leave: Prorated based on contract duration

【 Requirements & Preferences 】

(Must)
- GCE 'O'/'N' Level qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with counterparts from China and Hong Kong factories.
- Experience with SAP.
- Able to start immediately or on short notice!
