Job description

Job Highlights:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused individual to support document legalisation processes and frontline customer service operations. This role involves verifying notarial documents, handling public inquiries, and ensuring compliance with authentication standards.

Nearest MRT: City Hall
Working hours: 8.00am to 5.30pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.00am to 5.00pm (Friday)
Salary: up to $2,580 per month
Contract duration: 11 months

Job Descriptions:

Legalisation (Main Duties):

  • Verify and ensure compliance of Notarial Certificates and government-issued documents before Apostille processing
  • Conduct multi-step verification processes accurately and efficiently
  • Assist customers with online payments and general inquiries through walk-ins, emails, and counter support
  • Deliver prompt and professional customer service to resolve issues related to document authentication
  • Escalate technical or complex issues as needed

Stakeholding & Administrative Support (As Required):

  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and updating SharePoint/Stakeholding systems
  • Maintain accurate records and support internal workflows
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned duties
  • Assist in general ad-hoc tasks to support daily operations

Job Requirements:

  • Only Singaporean.
  • Minimum Diploma in any related fields.
  • Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office is a must.
