Working days: Monday to Friday


Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and feedback through the different channels.
  • Assist for Registration of guest and visitor with Self-help kiosk and Visitor management System.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and visitors.
  • Handle the incoming calls and respond to live chat swiftly.
  • Assist with office tower activities.

  • Provides directional assistance.
  • Keeping the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials in place

Requirements:
