The role involves overseeing passenger check-ins and assisting at self-service kiosks. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and lead a small team in managing daily operations.
Checking in passengers.
Acting as a service ambassador to assist and guide passengers in using the Self Service Kiosk and Auto Bag Drops.
Performing gate handling duties, including communication with airline crews and coordination of departure activities with various departments.
Guiding and escorting transit passengers between the arrival gate and the Transfer Holding Area.
Assisting passengers who require special assistance.
Performing any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
Salary:
Basic salary from S$2,500+
+ Monthly Allowances (up to S$500)
+ Joining Bonus S$5,000
+ Annual AWS (1 month)
+ Performance Bonus (up to 3 months)
Requirements:
Open to Localsonly
Must possess minimally Higher NITEC / Diploma
Open to candidates with no experience
Must be independent at times
Must be able to commit to rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night)
