Job description

Responsibilities

  1. To handle operation calls and answer customer requests.
  2. To perform daily paperwork, invoices, and raise service and repair jobs in the system.
  3. To stand in as a Customer Service Advisor when required.
  4. To stand in Accident Reporting Centre reporting.
  5. To collect cash from Customer Service Advisor and submit to Corporate Office.

Requirements

  1. NTC 3 in Automotive Technology or related fields
  2. At least 2 years Customer service / aftersales admin experience in automotive workshop
  3. Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  4. Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Alternate Saturday: 8.30am to 12.30pm, Changi
  5. Basic + incentive + OT + 2 times bonuses + flexi + 14 AL
