Responsibilities:
Attend to enquiries, primarily incoming calls or other channels such as email
Understand customer’s needs and provide quick, accurate and satisfactory answers to their queries
Meet/exceed all individual and team key performance indicators (KPI) set by the management
Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers
Able to work during weekends and perform OT when necessary
Job Information:
Working hours: 5 days work week including 1 weekend, 8.00am – 5.30pm / 8.30am – 6.00pm, off on PH
Location: Tanjong Pagar MRT
Monthly gross salary up to SGD 3,200 + AWS + VB
Requirements:
Min O level equivalent with at least 2 years of prior experience in a call center or customer service experience
Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin (We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients)
