Call Centre Experience
Office Hour / 5 Days Work Week (able to work on weekends)
Responsibilities:
Attend to enquiries via hotline or other channels, e.g., email.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, and sometimes emails.
Properly record conversations with customers in the CRM system.
Achieve/exceed individual and team KPIs set by management.
Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers.
Perform any other related ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Possess at least 1 year of Call Centre experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service oriented.
Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Able to work on weekends (will have some weekends off).
Other Information:
Working Hours: Office Hour / 5 Day Work Week (including weekends).
Location: CBD.
Salary: Up to $3100/mth + OT + AWS + VB.
