About the Role:
Professionally manage incoming and outgoing calls by providing accurate and consistent information.
Communicate clearly and manage customers' feedback effectively.
Be organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain high service delivery standards.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
About You:
O' Levels & above, or equivalent certifications.
Prior call centre or customer service experience.
