This role is responsible for providing top-quality customer service, acting as a one-stop service across our entire product/service range.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally by providing accurate and consistent information.
Communicate clearly and manage customer feedback effectively.
Be organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain high service delivery standards.
Perform assigned administrative tasks.
Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Minimum O/A Levels or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience in a Contact Centre environment.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
