Customer Service Officer (Beauty)

Working days

• 5 days work week (1 off weekday and 1 off weekend)

Working hours

• Monday-Friday 11am-8pm, Weekend & Public Holiday 10am-7pm

Core Responsibilities:

1. Handle all new and/or existing customers appointment booking.

2. Attend to walk-in customers at the outlet.

3. Assist all customers enquiries via emails and calls, including cold calling.

4. Assist outlet manager with individual commission calculations including data entry work.

5. Manage outlet POS System for all transactions.

6. Handle monetary receipts and payments.

7. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Paya Lebar - PLQ

• Orchard - Ngee Ann City

• Ang Mo Kio - AMK Hub
