Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a customer service professional to assist customers with enquiries, feedback and complaints. You will handle interactions via calls and in-person service, and follow up with both new and existing customers while supporting escalated enquiries as needed.

Diploma or Degree in any field is required; prior banking or insurance customer service experience is a plus. This role offers an attractive remuneration package for shortlisted candidates.
