Our client, a well-established MNC, is seeking a Customer Service Officer / Customer Service Assistant (Face-to-Face) with the following details:

  • Salary: Up to $3,000.00 + Attractive Bonuses
  • Location: East area / Central area
  • Openings: 2
Requirements
  • Diploma in Customer Service Relation, Hospitality, Tourism, or relevant field, or O/N Level
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in face-to-face customer service
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Candidates from Retail or F&B industry are welcome to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, eager to learn, and perseverant
  • Independent and a team player
