A leading company in passenger operations is seeking a Team Lead to manage daily airport operations and staff. The role emphasizes customer service and leadership, with responsibilities including overseeing check-in processes, assisting passengers, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Ideal candidates will possess a diploma and be open to training, with flexible availability for shift work.
Oversee and lead a small team in managing daily operations, making final decisions on matters of importance to ensure a positive passenger experience and satisfaction. Guide, develop, motivate, and mentor both new and existing staff, maintaining the highest service, grooming, and discipline standards. Ensure compliance with safety, security, and standard operating procedures of the company, airlines, and airport authorities. Additionally, assist the Duty Manager in daily deployment based on agreed service standards with the airlines and airport authorities.
Performing duties like-
Checking in passengers.
Assist and guide passengers in using the Self Service Kiosk and Auto Bag Drops.
Performing gate handling duties, and coordinating departure activities with airline crews and various departments.
Guiding and escorting transit passengers between the arrival gate and the Transfer Holding Area.
Assisting passengers who require special assistance.
Performing any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
Basic salary up to $2,500+
Monthly shift allowances + OT up to $500
Joining Bonus $5,000
Yearly AWS & Performance Bonuses (up to 3 mth)
Open to Localsonly
Must have minimally NITEC/Diploma
Open to candidates with no experience, training provided
Must be confident and independent at times
Must be able to commit to rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night) at the airport
