Join a leading company at Changi Airport as a Customer Service Officer/Agent. This role involves assisting passengers during check-in and providing guidance with airport facilities. Training will be provided, and candidates must be willing to work in rotating shifts. A minimum educational qualification of NITEC or higher is required.
Location: Changi Airport
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle passenger check-in procedures efficiently and professionally.
• Serve as a service ambassador by assisting and guiding passengers with the use of Self-Service Kiosks and Auto Bag Drop machines.
• Perform gate handling duties, including liaising with airline crew and coordinating flight departure processes with relevant departments.
• Escort and guide transit passengers between arrival gates and the Transfer Holding Area.
• Provide support and assistance to passengers requiring special care.
• Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Salary Package:
• Basic salary: S$2,200 – S$2,500
• Monthly allowances: Up to S$500+
• Overtime eligibility
• Sign-on bonus
• Variable bonuses
Requirements:
• Open to Singaporeans and local residents only
• No prior experience required – training will be provided
• Minimum educational qualification: NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Ability to work independently when needed
• Willing to commit to rotating shift schedules (morning, afternoon, night)
