Our client is looking for dynamic and dedicated individuals to join their team as Customer Service Officers (CSO) and Customer Service Agents (CSA). In these roles, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth and delightful travel experiences for passengers. As a Customer Service Officer, you will lead and mentor your team, uphold service excellence, and always ensure safety and compliance. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the friendly face of the brand, assisting passengers with check-ins, departures, and personalized services, including those with special needs or in premium lounges.

Job Responsibilities

Customer Service Officer (CSO)

  1. Inspire and guide your team to excel in daily operations, ensuring passengers enjoy a smooth and delightful travel experience.

  2. Take charge in critical moments, making sound decisions that uphold exceptional service and operational efficiency.

  3. Empower and mentor your team, fostering growth and maintaining high standards in service quality, professionalism, and discipline.

  4. Champion safety and compliance by adhering to company, airline, and airport protocols, prioritizing the well-being of passengers and staff.

  5. Collaborate seamlessly with the Duty Manager to strategize team deployment and uphold service excellence with key stakeholders.

Customer Service Agent (CSA)

  1. Be the friendly face of the brand, delivering seamless and unforgettable experiences for passengers.

  2. Facilitate smooth journeys by managing check-ins, greeting passengers warmly, and ensuring hassle-free departures.

  3. Go the extra mile to assist passengers with special needs and provide top-tier service in exclusive lounges, from buffet setup to personalized meet-and-greet experiences.

  4. Showcase your tech-savvy skills with basic computerized transactions while handling reception duties with professionalism and grace.

Key Requirements

  1. For CSO: Local diploma in any discipline with excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

  2. For CSA: Proficient in English and a second language for communication with international passengers.

  3. Pleasant, cheerful with strong interpersonal skills.

  4. Team player in a fast-paced environment, adaptable, and able to multi-task effectively.

  5. Independent with the ability to prioritise tasks to meet tight timelines.
