A reputable company in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Agent to manage passenger check-in procedures and provide assistance at airports. This role offers a salary range of S$2,000 to S$2,500, along with a monthly allowance. Training is provided, making it suitable for candidates with no prior experience, who should possess a good command of English and be able to work on shifts. Job Scope:
Handle passenger check-in procedures efficiently and professionally.
Assist passengers with Self-Service Kiosks and Auto Bag Drop.
Perform gate handling duties, including liaising with airline crew and coordinating flight departure processes with relevant departments.
Guide transit passengers from arrival gates to the Transfer Holding Area.
Provide support and assistance to passengers requiring special care.
Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Salary & Benefits:
Basic salary: S$2,000 – S$2,500
Monthly allowance up to S$300
OT pay (if any)
Sign on bonus
AWS + Performance bonus
Requirements:
Open to LOCAL only
Training will be provided (No experience necessary)
Education Qualification: NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma
Good command of written and spoken English
Able to work on rotating shifts (Morning/Afternoon/Night)
