The Role:

• Act as the main contact for customers, carriers, suppliers, and other stakeholders in daily supply chain operations.

• Manage customer orders, including documentation and transport booking, and ensure transport execution meets standards.

• Handle customer requests, supply chain issues, and ensure timely reporting of any incidents or disruptions.

• Monitor tracking updates, investigate missing events or data inconsistencies, and support KPI analysis and improvement suggestions.

• Assist in onboarding new suppliers, ensuring compliance with global standards, and support process or policy changes.
