The Role:
Act as the main contact for customers, carriers, suppliers, and other stakeholders in daily supply chain operations.
Manage customer orders, including documentation and transport booking, and ensure transport execution meets standards.
Handle customer requests, supply chain issues, and ensure timely reporting of any incidents or disruptions.
Monitor tracking updates, investigate missing events or data inconsistencies, and support KPI analysis and improvement suggestions.
Assist in onboarding new suppliers, ensuring compliance with global standards, and support process or policy changes.
