A leading company in Singapore is seeking a customer service representative to handle inquiries, complaints, and account management. The successful candidate will provide support through various channels and engage in marketing initiatives. This role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience and offers a potential for a 3-month commitment.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls pertaining to account inquiries, complaints, promotions, and other forms of user application support
Direct any technical issues to the Command Centre Operations Team
Provide professional customer service by engaging customers through verbal and/or written communication
Identify and address customer needs by providing viable solutions and/or alternatives
Provide customer account management support including updating of personal information and mailing out of membership passes
Recover bad-debts from customers via phone calls, WhatsApp and emails
Vouchers assignment on Microsoft Business Centre (MBC) during promotion period
Support all marketing initiatives when required
Perform data entry of monthly invoices into Finance IT System (MBC)
Support to procurement reporting and documents verification process
Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Management
Requirements:
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Good communication and coordination skills
Able to commit for 3 months, with possibilities for extension
