Job description

To provide excellent customer service and support to members and guests of Changi Beach Club by handling inquiries, managing bookings, and ensuring a smooth experience across all touchpoints of the Club’s front-of-house services.

Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Member Services:
  • Welcome and attend to members, guests, and visitors in a professional manner
  • Handle walk-in, phone, and email inquiries regarding memberships, bookings, and facilities
  • Process check-ins/check-outs for chalet and room guests
  • Issue and manage membership cards, car park labels, and guest passes
  • Handle membership renewals, billing, and administrative updates
Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate member records in the Club’s database
  • Assist in generating invoices, receipts, and monthly reports
  • Prepare membership kits and orientation materials
  • Support the coordination of events, club activities, and member communications
Customer Service & Support:
  • Resolve complaints, feedback, and requests promptly and professionally
  • Liaise with internal departments (Housekeeping, Sports, F&B) to ensure member satisfaction
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with club policies and COVID-19 safety measures (if applicable)
Requirements:
  • GCE 'O' Level / ITE / Diploma in Business, Hospitality, or relevant field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or membership management (preferably in a club or hospitality setting)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic database systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work weekends, public holidays, and shift hours
  • Friendly, responsible, and service-oriented
