Customer Service Officer

Salary Package: Up to $2,500 Basic + OT + Allowance + Sign on bonus

Location: Changi Airport

• 5-6 days work week

• Able to work in rotating shift

Job Scope

• Oversee and lead team in daily operations.

• Make decision to ensure positive passenger experience and satisfaction.

• Lead new and existing staff to maintain high level of service, grooming and discipline standard.

• Comply with safety, security and SOP of the company, airlines and airport authorities.

• Assist Duty Manager in daily deployment with airlines and airport authorities.
