Job description

Location : Orchard area

· Attend to walk-in, phone in customers enquires, to promote products and sales.

· To listen and understand the customer description of fault on their devices and to Book-in or process customers’ collection

· Provide QC check (using system or manual testing) to ensure repaired device is in working condition before returning to customer.

· Provide product support to customers

· Guide customers on data transfer from the old device to new or backup data

· Ensure all forms are duly filled & signed by customers when booking in device for repair or for collection

· Ensure all jobs status are updated

· Ensure service counter & reception area are neat and tidy daily at all time
