Respond to customer inquiries via phone and/or email regarding Autonomous Vehicle services. Process Autonomous Vehicle bookings as required. Handle customer feedback, complaints, and lost & found matters. Maintain accurate customer records through data entry. Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.
