A mobile service company in Singapore is seeking customer service representatives to assist with mobile issues. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, troubleshooting devices, resolving complaints, and ensuring accurate data entry. No prior experience is required, but candidates should enjoy customer interaction. This role offers comprehensive training and incentives for meeting KPIs.

Working hour- 11AM to 8:30PM
Welcome customers enquiring about mobile issues
Basic technical troubleshoot for the handphone and explain it to customers
Investigating and resolving customer complaints, technical problems, or other issues efficiently and effectively
Ensure data entry of keying of customer’s details and mobile details with accuracy
Cooperate closely with technician especially for the handover of mobile handset and customer info
No experience is requiredas long as you love to interact with customersface to face
5.5 days working including weekends and PH
Candidates who are able to start work within short notice will be an advantage
