Job Scope:

• Efficiently handle and resolve customer inquiries received through phone, email, social media, and live chat platforms.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Proactively escalate recurring issues, service failures, and emerging trends to the team lead or manager, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
• Accurately and promptly log all customer service requests and follow-up interactions in the CRM system.
• Support the processing and invoicing of both local and export spare part orders.
• Prepare and generate weekly customer service reports, as well as weekly and monthly reports for the Business Unit (BU) and Head of Department (HOD).
• Manage inventory of spare parts effectively.
• Perform additional tasks and project assignments as required.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate with relevant working experience will be an advantage
