A leading international company in Singapore is looking for a Customer Service Representative. This role involves serving as the main point of contact for customers, processing orders, and collaborating with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate will be skilled in handling inquiries and complaints professionally, maintaining accurate records, and building strong client relationships.
Serve as the main point of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally. Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a friendly and helpful manner, striving to provide effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, and issue Purchase Order to factories that is located globally including Japan.
Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders, track shipments, and communicate any delays or issues to customers proactively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients through regular communication and personalized assistance.
Handle customer complaints or escalations effectively, investigating the issue, and finding suitable resolutions, and address customer concerns promptly and ensure continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate customer records, update contact information, and track interactions in our BPCS system.
