Job summary
A customer service company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual for customer service roles. Responsibilities include processing orders, liaising with clients, and using the SAP system. Candidates with a minimum diploma and basic computer skills are preferred. Entry-level candidates are welcome as training will be provided. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is beneficial.
Qualifications

Job Description
- Provide excellent customer service, liaise with clients through e-mail and phone.
- Using SAP system to key in Sales Order, purchasing order, invoicing
- Follow up and to monitor delivery of outstanding customers’ orders and provide customer support for shipments
- Responsible for daily order processing, purchasing, invoicing
- Prepare Shipping documentation (Import/ LC/ documentation/ Bill of Lading/ AWB)
- To co-ordinate with factory team for production progress and export/import shipment preparation
- Send all necessary information and documentation to clients / agents / sea companies / forwarders accurately and on a timely basis
- Training will be provided
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Responsible, positive attitude, be able to work independently and as a team player
- Basic computer literacy and good knowledge in Microsoft office.
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel and Word etc.
- Min 1 year experience in customer service or logistic/supply chain/shipping industry would be an advantage.
- Entry level candidates without experience will be considered to apply as training will be provided.
- To handle queries and concerns from English and Mandarin speaking counterparts in regards with the documents related matter and to liaise with peer base in Taiwan and China
