About the role

Join Origin Herbal Hair Treatment Pte Ltd as a Customer Service Officer and be the face of our growing business. In this full-time, customer-facing role based in the Kaki Bukit East Region, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our valued clients. With a strong focus on building lasting relationships, this role is integral to the success of our business.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email and live chat

  • Providing professional and friendly customer service to address customer concerns and queries

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation

  • Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary

  • Providing product information and recommendations to customers

  • Assisting with order queries, returns and exchanges (Occasionally for E-commerce)

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • A positive, patient and professional attitude

  • A team player with a strong customer-centric focus

  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (We have many elderly mandarin speaking customers for call ins)
