- Engage with customers courteously at the front-line, providing assistance with any faulty products distributed by us.
- Respond promptly to phone calls and emails regarding product inquiries/servicing.
- Conduct thorough testing to confirm the serviceability of products and follow up with the most effective solution.
- Accurately input customer and product details into our in-house customer service report system.
- Handle the returns of faulty products from superstores/dealers.
- Maintain meticulous follow-up on assigned responsibilities.
Job Requirements:
