Customer Service Officers (Full time)

Work Hours
As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll benefit from a structured 5-day workweek, including one weekend day, designed to support a healthy work-life balance. Here’s what a typical week looks like:
- Weekdays: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM (inclusive of a one-hour meal break)
- Saturday or Sunday: 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (inclusive of a one-hour meal break)
- Days Off: Enjoy one weekday and one weekend off each week.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in an engaging, collaborative 2-hour team meeting each week to brainstorm, share insights, and grow together.

We’ll carefully consider your preferred centers when determining your final placement, ensuring a work environment that suits you best.
Job Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Service
- Explain our courses, education philosophy and pedagogy to potential customers
- Promote TWC programmes to potential and existing customers
- Build relationships with our customers
- Handle phone and email queries effectively and promptly
- Perform and manage sales transaction effectively and promptly
Administrative Duties
- Arrange replacement lessons for students, and appointments for parents, Centre Management or teachers
- Responsible for center's inventory and simple logistics
- Other administrative and ad hoc duties, e.g. filing documents
Job Requirements
- Have minimum GCE 'A' levels or Diploma qualifications
- Possess at least 2 year of relevant work experience in customer service-related job roles, preferably in enrichment centers settings
- Proficient in MacBook and G-Suites (e.g. Drive, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets)
- Possess excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), strong organisational skills and detail-oriented
- Able to display effective and efficient customer service abilities
- Possess good work ethics (e.g. Integrity, professionalism, committed to excellence)
- Willing to be trained according to TWC ethos and SOPs
- Able to work independently and also a team player
- Open to be deployed at other centers due to work exigencies
