Job Description & Requirements
You will report to the Sales Manager and be required to undertake duties assigned to you in the proper performance of your employment.
Customer Services
- Act as the window and interface with customers on all issues, providing top-level customer service.
- Liaise with customers regarding quotation status, project progression, and delivery schedules.
- Escalate issues impacting on-time delivery performances.
- Maintain organized communication records of interactions with customers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to find solutions and resolve matters.
Sales Admin
- Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Assist the Sales Manager with all overseas and local customers.
- Follow up on PO documentation once quotations are issued.
- Provide strategic leadership and overall sales and service direction to enhance productivity, quality, and customer service.
- Identify, develop, and implement progressive and standardized methods of continuous improvement.
- Define and maintain standards of performance.
- Develop, communicate, and implement mid and long-term goals and production plans to ensure continued excellence, including contingency and risk planning.
- Monitor and control expenditures and labor costs within approved budgets, identifying variances and corrective actions.
- Ensure all business activities adhere to the highest ethical standards and comply with the company’s Code of Business Conduct.
