About the Role: We’re looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our fast-growing automotive team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in a dynamic office environment with plenty of learning opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

Sales Responsibilities – 20%

  • Actively follow up on sales leads provided to you.
  • Explain packages clearly to potential customers.
  • Actively bring in sales to the company.

Customer Service and Admin Responsibilities – 80%

  • Assist all customers in the sign-up process (e.g., form completion, payment collection)
  • Manage appointment scheduling for servicing or repairs.
  • Provide after sales service and liaise between customers and the operations team.
  • Offer hospitality when customers in on site (e.g., escort to waiting area, serving drinks).
  • Handle administrative tasks, including accurate data entry for customers, packages, and sales.
  • Administrative work as tasked
