Job Summary:

• Location: Changi Airfreight Terminal (Company transport will be provided for candidates working night shift)

• Salary: Basic up to $2500 + Shift Allowance + OT

• Working Hours:6 days with rotating shift

• Annual Leave: 12 days

• AWS + Up to 3 month of VB!

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with check-in, departures, and support for passengers with special needs.

• Provide customer service in lounges, including greeting guests and handling reception tasks.

• Set up buffet tables and carry out basic computer transactions.

• Lead daily operations, make key decisions, and ensure smooth service delivery.

• Guide and train staff, enforce service standards, and ensure safety and SOP compliance.
